What's your best Classroom Management Tip?

  1. Never make an empty promise or an empty threat. If you say no talking during a test and someone asks the student next to them for a pencil, rip up the test. It is one of the hardest things to do, especially if the student is a great kid, but it sends the message that you mean and enforce what you say.
